    Hi,
Could someone share the process of correcting name on Title and the Bank holds the title?

The correction is very minor. The name suppose to have a space between the 2 words , however it was joined instead.

    Thanks.

Your conveyancer or solicitor who attended to your settlement.

You will have to get consent of your bank, fill in forms for stamp duty, and provide evidence.

Might be best to leave it until you refinance and do it all then.

    Thanks all.

If I'm not refinancing, Is this something I can just ask my Bank to do on my behalf? Or I will always need to engage a conveyancer for a name change no matter how simple it is?

It was't a mistake per say. The name matches one of my identification and I put my name without space over the years.
However I thought its due time I fix this.

Bank will not assist in changing title only the loan.
