    Hi
Was looking for some experts opinion on a property it checks most of the boxes other then above mentioned address and enterance issue.
Do you find it to be problem? Can it become a problem? Any -ve's about it?
Does or will it effect the future resale value? Any legal complications?

Our PPOR in Brisbane had this.
Apparently Brisbane City Council use the rateable address of the shortest side. Our letter box and the address we used was the address of the long side. (That was where the front door and garage was).

Never had an issue in the 10 odd years we lived there.

My PPOR had this issue also. The only problem I ever has was the council sending rates to the other address (side street) which was the official address on record as per the council. So when I didn't receive my rates, I called the council and they said the rates notice was being sent back as the postman couldn't find the address. So I updated my postal address with them and have had no problem since.
