Hi All Just wondering if I can get some advice. In part 3 of the NSW housing code for exempt and complying development - for a corner block I am working on that is 345m2 in size. It sates that the front setback to primary road is 4.5m and the side setback to secondary road is 2m. However it is not clear on what the setback is for the diagonal section of boundary between the primary and secondary road. I have attached a paint diagram for reference. Is that also to be 2m or is there is different rule applicable in the code? Thanks in advance
We've done a few under the LHRS code in NSW for terraces. Have used the front setback there. I.e. 4.5m in your case, reducing access to the splay area (not the secondary road setback of ~2m).
