    Hi there,
I have been looking at a corner block established property in a suburb that has plenty of corner blocks due to small winding streets, This Property is facing in street with the letter box ect showing the smaller street as the address however on the title the address it is the busier street. All the utilities will have to go to the title address and everything else the other address. Has anyone ever had similar experiences and did you notice weather potential tenants were not a fan of this?

    Thank you

I think it would be pretty low down on the list of things a tenant would care about.

Same situation for my corner block. Never came to mind until now. Could you simply relocate the letterbox?

Yeah i guess that would be an option however it would just look like a random fence with a letterbox
