Corner Block but is it bad?

    Thoughts on this corner block?

    68 Rosemary Drive Lalor Vic 3075 - House for Sale #125111150 - realestate.com.au

    potential to subdivide and put a unit on the back. The interesting part is that the back of the house faces another road, so you could have double frontage on each street. The problem is the whole street is lined with the back of houses, so would this ever be possible?

    Also, it backs onto some open land which as far as I can see has no plans for development, something I read re basalt.

    So given the two points above, is this not a smart corner block IP?
