    Just attended this auction this morning. Nice elevated area on the river (but I think BCC owns the land between lot and riverfront) where the old nursing home used to be. Off the plan by the looks of the contract. Good suburb- middle class whiteys mostly.

    L15 VB at 925k still negotiating when I left.
    All lots slope steeply at the back down to the river. Lot 12 the highest. Good views.

    Probably some good buys in there.

    My friend just bought L12. Nice to see what they paid for 801m2. Actually sounds like a pretty good (place to) buy.
