Corelogic RP Data Mobile App and Pricefinder INVESTOR. Which one shows easements on a property?

I wonder if subscribing to either:

• Corelogic RP Data Mobile App, or,
  
• Pricefinder INVESTOR

would enable me to tell whether there is an easement on properties I am researching.

Any other ideas, other than purchasing actual Titles & Plans?

Have someone else purchase the plan.

 

RP Data DESKTOP does show easements but only a proper title search will be certain to show them all. A title search costs $22.95 on RP Data.

I've just checked and the mobile app can also show easements.

 

May I ask what part of app I should look for it? Don't seem to be able to find it

Are you referring to "easement parcels" under "Planning cadastre" layer? Or is there any other layer too?

 

I have this package: Real Estate Investar Plans and Pricing
Real Estate Investar Professional Plan: $149/ month, which includes a corelogic subscription too. Not sure it's full access to RP Data Professional though?
