    I cannot say, but have found data varies a lot between different sites/providers.

    Don't forget, a lot of these places have computers just spitting out info according to some kind of back end calculation.

    I've been making my own data from the listing websites. Often it is completely different than the "official" sources. I tend to trust the info that I have collected more, only because watching the market every week shows up weaknesses and sneaky listing tricks, used by some of the agents and the websites them selves...
