    Sorry I'm not sure what you mean they are a property buyers agent, so for buying property.

    But why are YOU looking at them? Why them and not someone else? What attracted you to them?

    Do you really need a Buyers Agent?
    What are you looking to get from a Buyers Agent?
    What stage are you at, as in, have you got 1, 5, 10 properties or are you just starting out with no properties yet?
    Are you looking for brand new properties or existing? Apartments or Houses, what suburbs?
    There are some good BA's on this site.

    Recommended to you by.... people who have used them before? People who get commissions from them? How much experience with property do these people have who recommended them?

    I know the people that run Core, but I would say that the BAs on here and others I've dealt with are the ones I would recommend. Watch out for flash marketing and the impression of exclusivity when picking a BA, instead go for someone that you can work well with who understands your needs and with plenty of experience.
