VIC Core logic suburb reports?

    If you wanted to get info on a particular suburb are the core logic suburb reports worth purchasing?

    I want to look at some historical data in a suburb as I have done a search on sold properties and very few show up on RE when I know more have sold perhaps they just weren’t reported?

    If core logic isn’t any good can anyone recommend where to get data on a suburb in particular?
