    Hello

Thoughts on an IP (house) in Coopers Plains?

A lot cheaper than Sunnybank and Robertson, with good access to Sunnybank, hospital and Griffith University.

I've noticed the prices have been increasing - have we missed the boat?

I bought there last year but didn't settle until March this year. Thoughts were the same as you and my sister bought there about 6 years ago and did well but by no means like Sydney but Brisbane hasn't taken off yet unlike Sydney.

We got our house rent about 2 weeks after we settled.

Which part of Coopers Plains do you think is best? I was thinking closer to the Troughton Road areas part of Coopers Plains as there's buses to the city and close to Sunnybank.

I've also noticed that the houses around The Village can be quite high (600k) - wondering why that is the case? Is it because there's good access to parks and close to the Train Station?

Acacia Ridge next suburb is cheaper but the social demographic is not good - stick to Coopers Plains to Sunnybank side

I don't like the village area as it has narrow streets and generally no future development options. Walking distance to the train is a huge thing I look for an my recent purchase is about 500m walk to the station and the back fence borders Sunnybank.
