Thinking of buying a new house and land package at Coomera for investment purpose. Opinions please.

Is that a gated community on the GC next the canal with newish luxurious houses and a hefty price tag?

Sorry, don't know anything about the place.

There's already a thread for this. Overpriced location and valuation will most likely come under. Very long term will come up in value, but same can be said with anywhere else in Australia?

It depends on which location of Coomera @Ethan

Coomera was a good place to invest as recommended by the buyers agent Todd Hunter, you can engage their service or buy the report to validate my statement here.

Another supporting evident is is that Chinese Disneyland developer will be building Jurassic Park in the area as well.

Even Westfield has invested in this area too: A decade of planning sees Coomera flourish

You can also refer to this thread post that I did few months ago with the Corelogic/RPdata search engine:

    QLD - GC going strong!

At least with Upper Coomera it is slightly better than Coomera.

What sort of property size and cost that you've been offered with ?

I just returned from there and thought the opposite, a few PMs pointed it out and I tend to agree after seeing it. There were many streets in Upper Coomera that looked like each house was an IP. Coomera has many average, good and some great properties with prices reflecting it. I don't know how this will affect prices but I know which of the two suburbs felt nicer.

What are some drivers and highlights of
upper coomera that I might have missed?
