    there is not one single thing that stands out to attracting us to Cooma other than the fact we have family there. Obviously with a 29% rental market for the area there has to be some IP's held in the area.

    Sounds like your decision to invest in the area is driven by the heart and not your head...IMO this is a dangerous mix.

    Only if you let it hang out - got better temps than Sydney, Brisbane, GC or Cairns IMHO
