I can arrange some loose scientific validations. I've already come up with the following 'completely out there' ideas... Eat like a caveman (We can ignore a cave person's life expectancy). Eat nothing but meat (Needlessly cuts out the vego's) Raw diet (Needlessly cuts out anyone with taste buds) Eating solely from the Mediterannean (Might be a little unethical travel wise) Breast Milk POWER COLOSTRUM. Eat a whole crap load of very low calorie food. Edit: Seems the above diets have been done so I've come up with these alternatives. "Suck it and see" - If it fits through a straw, you're golden. "The Colour Diet" - only eat one colour a week at a time. This activates different components of the cytochrome oxidase pathway which boosts fat burning. Who's with me? Looking for investors.
