    Hi Everyone,

    I am contemplating purchasing another IP in possibly Bronte, Coogee or Clovelly. I am thinking about a 2 Bedroom unit with car park.

    My question is given all the stuff going on about an adjustment in Sydney etc, what are your thoughts about buying now in these suburbs.

    It's definitely a great location, always going to be in demand.
    Does it represent value at this stage though? Depends on the deal really

    The return is going to be poor, CG likely to be slow or none for some time & chance of a pull back, I feel rents will be flat for a while too.

    But no one has a crystal ball, I held off on something in Sydney a year ago and asking for similar is now 20%+ on when I was looking & sentiment was Sydney was dead.
