    Hi All,

    Can anyone recommend a conveyancing solicitor in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am looking to buy a development site and then sell the units afterwards. Ideally one that can work on the initial purchase and on the subsequent sale, one knowledgeable on the GST margin scheme, purchasing in Trust's etc.

    I've engaged Kahn Lawyers before and they did a good job. Paul was the contact. As always, get multiple quotes and do thorough due diligence before deciding.
