    She operates out of her home before working from home was fashionable. She's a conveyancer not a solicitor - but has access to one should things get tricky. Very reasonably priced.

    I would be engaging a solcitor who specifically deals with property conveyancing. Conveyancers are not covered by the law society fidelity fund but solictors are. If a fraud occurs the event may be covered. (Yes it happens) If they negligent miss something it may be covered. If a solicitor is ever needed they are already doing the work.
