    Is the lawyers fees the same?

    Searches will vary between councils and are expenses that the client pays on top of their legal fees.

    If you want to reduce the cost you could reduce the searches or not do any at all but that increases the risk.

    If you want to pay the same as you did before that would mean the lawyer would have to reduce their fees.

    Its was from memory $450 extra, their justification was extra costs in searches for LCC compare to BCC.

    So the Q is: does comparable searches in LCC costs $450 more than BCC.

    Went with RPI in the end.
