Conveyancer Recommendations - Tweed Heads Area

    Hi Brains Trust

    We are in final stages of negotiations in purchasing a place in the tweed heads area. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a conveyancer in this area or Gold Coast area that would be able to assist in this transaction?

    Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    We bought in Tweed a few months back, used our property lawyer from Sydney.

    I think they need to be NSW based for Tweed and not someone from GC. Could be wrong.

    Sydney or NSW or Australia
    Very important to check that they're licensed to practice in both states or they'll need to engage one who is and you get two bills.

    We ended up using Baker Legal and Conveyancing Services due to reviews and their ability to practice in NSW. Will provide feedback once the transaction has finalised.
