Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good, reasonably priced (though I'm more interested in the 'good' part) conveyancer/settlement agent in Perth.

A am just finishing a built strata subdivision and will be retaining both the properties, which should be a relatively simple transaction (no contracts etc). I am also looking to buy another development site in the next 12 months so would like to find someone good now and stick with them.

Also feel free to mention any poor performers you would avoid (feel free to PM me if you'd rather not name-and-shame in public)!

    Many thanks guys!

For the record I used Vicki Philipoff for my first IP purchase a couple of years ago. Nothing bad nor good to report. They seemed entirely competent, however as I was a total newb I didn't really have anything to compare it to (and still don't really!)

    +1 from me.
Conveyancing prices comparable to others, plus Mel has been very generous to me with verbal legal advice when I needed it, very handy.

Not sure. She gives me a discount, so average? Definitely worth every cent.

+1 for Mel Dixon and team.

Use her personally and for clients.

She is a property lawyer and rates are always good and generous with advice.

Have needed her expertise in legal matters many times and always comes through.

Great, thanks guys. That's a couple of good leads. :) Any others that people recommend? I will probably have to make a decision by the end of the day.

A couple more nods for MDH Legal, as well as Narelle Rose, LDL Settlements and
    Heidi Hunter.

I just called up Melanie at MDH Legal then - she was friendly and informative (she explained the whole process in simple terms, unprompted).

    All good so far!

    Thanks guys.
