Conveyancer recommendation in Perth

    Hi guys,

    I am a FHO and I got a quote from a conveyancer for $1,069 inc. Postage, petties, telephone, fax and PEXA/Attendance fees. What do you think? is this a reasonable amount or do you have another Conveyancer to recommend? Cheers :)

    Fees are generally a percentage of purchase costs together with some standard fees that are always the same.
    I couldn't say if that was good or bad value BUT I will say that generally it's a good idea to get your contract checked before you offer so you understand it (it would have solved your other question) and not just rely on what a REA says.
    I use MDH Legal in Osborne Park - they are conveyancers and lawyers so can offer much better advice than just a conveyancer.
