How people are buying properties at the auctions at QLD. Do you get all contracts reviewed by a solicitor / conveyancer before going to the auction?
As most of the properties are going through the auctions the cost can add up. Back in the days I knew couple of conveyancer who would only charge a fee once as long as you would end up conveyancing through them.
Is there any recommendation on a similar fee structure conveyancer / Solicitor in QLD?

    Thanks in advance.

@Jungle generally speaking, contracts at auction in QLD are unconditional so there really wouldn't be much for a lawyer to review beforehand in terms of special conditions. If there's a particular easement or something similar that you're concerned about it may be worth having it reviewed, but no, all contracts are not reviewed prior to bidding at auction.
