I think the maximum waiting time if you have cash in the bank is 3 months.
Wonder if he spent it quicker than that.

I think his family ****** it away in 12 months.
He told me that they said he had to spend it but it was probably just his excuse for spending it

I had one of the junior staff ask if she could have a slightly longer lunch time, as she was going to her Health Fund to get a refund of the money she had paid over the past 12 months, as she had not used it.

Ah, I didn‘t realise you were talking cancer only. Your message seemed to be entirely general.

She's either stupid, or very intelligent and pretending to be stupid. :)

No she really believed that if she had not claimed, she should get a refund...

Do you mean that they often get asked if they are identical?

I am friends with a couple of "twin" brothers. Except that they are not part of a set of twins, they are a part of a triplet (with their sister, who is obviously not identical in appearance to the boys).

I know someone who thought a rubber fish lure mold was an actual real fish, proceeded to cut it, to be used as bait on a fishing trip, then asked "this is odd, why does this fish have no blood"

I bought my business from two of three triplets. Those two were identical, the third not.

I was driving up Haleakala in Hawaii with my wife - a spectacular and truly magical place to watch the sunrise. It's a thrilling drive up the 3500 odd metres to the top. It's very, very high.

About 80% of the way to the top, my wife looks out the window at the lights of a plane flying below and says "oh my god, we are higher than the stars!"

I thought the same thing but anticipated being castigated for it. ;)
