    Does anyone have any recommendations on lenders for a construction loan to build our new house? Or has anyone had any bad experiences with certain lenders?

    Nab cba and wbc are pretty good in that space as are a coupleof non Banks.

    As an aside. We would typically suggest looking at what your real needs are versus what you believe might be especially if you are reliant on people opinions rather than fact .
