Construction handover query

    Hi,

    I wonder if I can enforce a deadline for construction to be handed over at a set date, rather than going through several cycles where I had to allow a period of time for rectification work for every fault picked up and this goes well beyond the deadline?

    If a period of time needs to be allowed for rectification work, am I able to charge loss of rent?
