    Hi All,
A newbie question. I am looking at a property in Logan area in Qld and the Logan city website mentions the following constraints in the property information :
Constraints applied against a property or land.
0101B - ACID SULFATE ABOVE 5-20 METRES AHD
0201A (BIODIV) PRIMARY VEGETATION MANAGEMENT AREA
0204A (BIOD MSES) MATTERS OF STATE ENVIRONMENTAL SIGNIFICANCE
0204C (BIODIV) MATTERS OF BOTH STATE AND LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL SIGNIFICANCE
    0500A (FLOOD) INUNDATION AREAS
1101A - ROAD TRANSPORT NOISE CORRIDOR
    1301D (WCW) MINOR WATERWAY AREA
I have done a bit of Googling but only found a post here about the 0101B -ACID Sulfate one. Not much worry to about if the developer isn't excavating. However, I am not sure what do these other constraints mean and what are their effects on assessing the development potential for this property?
If anyone can help me understand these or point me somewhere where I can find the answers, I'll be grateful.
    Thanks,
    Syed.

Have you checked the asris website? I haven't dealt with the issue for a long time but recall it not being an issue if the excavation was below X m³.

It also sounds like there may be an Aboriginal Heritage overlay as well if it's close to a natural water course.
