Been away from the forum for a couple of years. I'm looking at a house which in my books ticks the boxes for potential future rezoning into apartments. The only negative is that the block isn't 100% perpendicular to the street frontage. It's on about a 20-25 degree angle to the street. Would this affect future rezoning potential?

House is in Sydney. Block is almost flat and about 500sqm.

I would ask either the council or a town planner that is experienced with dealing with this council
