Hello property experts, We are a couple working in CBD. Our first preference was to look for something closer to the station and shopping centers. Had blocked a lot of land (270sqm) in Cedar Wood township (800 meters from Williams Landing). I can easily construct a 28sq double storey on this. It will cost me around 350 for the land + 310 to construct. Confusion - 1) This is a west-facing corner lot. I get to leave 12.5*3 as my backyard and hopefully my neighbor behind would also leave at least 3 meters. Is this much sufficient to get the sunlight in my backyard? 2) Is it worth the money or should I look for something in Point cook/Sea brook compromising the location as it has a better offering in terms of schools (This land comes under Sea brook school zone) Any guidance would be appreciated. -Ujjawal
