what do people think if Condell Park? Thinking of buying a rundown house for $750 build 2 duplex for $750, if they are high spec 4 bed do you think I could get $1.2 each?? Am I being realistic with figures??
You might have competition with builders/investors if it holds duplex development potential. Normally these sites go above the average non-duplex potential house.
