Concrete Carpark Post Damage Protector Supplier Wanted

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a provider of angled protection plates to fit on the corner edges of concrete posts adjacent to parking garages?
Like many multi-unit blocks, ours has ground floor garages with concrete posts near the garage doors which are being glanced by doors or bumpers. Once you break the painted corner surface you expose the grey concrete colour under the post dent. Actually, I see this with a lot of unit blocks I visit.
Seeking then angled lengths of perhaps 600-900mm, of material than will take a light to medium hit, in white or colour options (not black or safety yellow), and that can be screw fixed to posts.
We are Brisbane located by supplier anywhere in AUS would do.
Any suggestions welcome.....

Galvanised steel angle bar. No painting, but doesnt normally come predrilled or countersunk adding a PITA element. Fit using bolts like c/sink dynabolt or even a nail in anchor
