    Hi All,

I am looking at a vacant land in Sydney. But agent is saying it is vacant and I have to get all utility connections like water, sewer, power, gas etc. The water connection runs through the front of house and sewer runs through the rear portion. So it is just getting connected to the house I suppose.
I am concerned how much it will cost to get all these essential services connected.
How complex is it in terms of timeframe.

If I choose a builder to build the house, will they take care of these?

    Cheers,

    Vish

Assuming the services are at your boundary then the builder will connect to them as part of the build. No reasons for delays. If a service you want is not at your boundary then it could be a whole world of pain  (delays and cost).

Yes the water line and power are at the site boundary and sewer line goes through backyard. So I guess it will be straight forward.
