Compensation for smell

    Did tenant or PM advise you of rodent issue previously? If so, and if you failed to act on it I could see some compensation being warranted.

    Otherwise yes to cleaning it up, no to compensation.

    Good outcome!

    Smell was removed. Tenant is happy. Tenant is ok with not getting any compensation.

    All is good.

    Imagined it all would end well and it did! :)

    Yes we acted straight away. So he had no case

    You deal with pest which results in some smell....

    You do not deal with pests and get hit for compensation due to pests....

    You see what a joy IPs are ?
