    Hi

I was on local-agent finder last night and got a call back from hocking stuart?

I need a PM to manage one of my property's that is already tenanted. They are able to do this

They normally charge 7.7% commission but as i did this through local agent finder they are offering 6.6%

Just would like to know anyone else recommendations of property managers around that they can vouch for in Victoria in the western suburbs

    Thanks

If price is your only criteria then that sounds good - sounds lowish for Victoria.

Personally for my interstate properties I have PM's for, price ranks fairly lowish in my list.

Could be high could be low could also be normal - depends on what other costs have and haven't been included and the level of service they provide.

Hence why price is usually the lowest thing on most investors priority.

Local agent finder is not there to compare the best pm. They are an advertising service to agents who pay them for the referral.

Just like 'compare the market' etc which only compare products under the one company's umbrella.
