Commision for agent on their tradesman

    I was wondering but if I use the agents handyman and tradies, does the agent typically get a cut in the final bill ?

    Any good agent will pass the invoice through at cost for straightforward jobs. If its more involved eg organising full house reno, a fee or % may be charged

    Agree with Dave

    If they've arranged to have a leaky tap replaced then they shouldn't.

    If they're coordinating a bathroom reno.....then their time should be worth something.
