    I own a commercial property in Adelaide. It is 500 Square metres and I have used it myself for 15 years. I am now retired and want to lease it. I am just doing a little home work and would like to ask a few questions. My big concern is that I need find the right tenant. I will use a Commercial Letting Agent. Is it considered common practise that Commercial Letting Agents would vet any future tenant? Is there a form that a potential tenant would have to fill out. If so, is this form generated by one of the Real Estate Intstitutes (REISA or REIA).
