    Hi Everyone,

I thought I would share some interesting stats and metrics for a market that has performed very well during the pandemic. This is a market that has really benefited from the working from home movement.

It has great beach lifestyle, it’s close to a major city so workers can easily commute to those important meetings, It has diverse industry and in comparison to its closest city it’s affordable.

Hi Andrew - just had a day in the car. Listened to several of your podcasts. My favourites were Jay Anderson and Symon Peters because they were so informative and your line of questions was excellent. One minor teeny request, please, can you stop calling all your guests "Mate" all the time. It sounds unprofessional and disrespectful. Thanks - mate.

Small retailers paying premium for high traffic areas may be moving out soon.
And small strips out in the burbs may be in more demand, though it does depend on the area.
Small bulky goods seems to be in high demand atm in most areas around Sydney.

Looking back all the cvd drama just accelerated the trend that was already happening.
