    looking at getting a loan for commercial property, any broker you'd recommend who is experienced in this and have had good experience with ?

    My Commercial Purchase.

    @Corey Batt was a magician with my commercial purchase. He was cool, calm and collective, and worked tirelessly with my solicitor and accountant in a tight timeline and tricky client needs.

    That was my experience. I encourage you to read a few posts by other brokers too, just to get a feel for their styles. Personally, I think there are 3-4 great brokers on this forum who would be more than capable to get a deal across the line.

    Had @Corey Batt run the numbers on some commercial properties I've considered, he really knows his stuff.
