Commercial building costs

    Hey all

    Just after a loose price on building prefab commercial single story boxes. No fit out - but obviously with slab and services run in. Looking at a cost per s/m. Looking at a piece of land that could fit 8 X 150s/m retail shops.

    Appreciate any advice.
