    I used the CBA travel card about 8 years ago when I went to Europe. I liked that you could load different currencies on the card. But as everyone has already mentioned, the conversion rates are really poor and the fees. Furthermore I you have left over funds in the card once you get back to Australia , you have to withdraw the amount and try give you really bad selling rates.

    Since then, I have always used the Citibank card or if it’s asia, just take cash and convert while I am there.
