Commbank Netbank Question

Hi all,

For those of you who use Commbank's Netbank online tool, how can you find account statement information (interest, fees etc) for previously closed off accounts and loans?

For the life of me I cannot find a way to get old account details from Netbank.

CommBank is horrible when it comes to closed accounts. I had to request mine via support. They provide them on request free of charge when sent to email.

 

How long ago was it closed? When I had to cancel my credit card, I wasn't able to see the old account until I had received my new card. Account numbers were the same, just a new credit card number. It was pretty clearly marked where I could see the old card transactions.

 

Thanks for the replies. Calling Commbank and asking for the loan statements looks to be the only way to get the old statements.

I can see statements for accounts closed up to two years ago on the netbank website.
View accounts -> statements -> show recently closed accounts
