Has anyone bought an home and land package at Clydesdale Estate?

How does the estate look? Good place to buy? Any more information regarding the estate other than the main website?

There is very little value in this. Faraway suburb, small land, lots of supply, paying for new. Theres no scarcity factor for 20 years.

But if you want new and have a certain budget......

If you are looking to live their yourself I would suggest you to spend a few weekends there exploring the area. Marsden Park is a massive estate and there are a whole heap of facilities and amenities within the area.

It is a very family friendly estate too with numerous medical centres and the one that located within the Sydney business centre it operate 7 days from 6am to 10pm and even open on most public holiday.
