    Does anyone know of a good system that could be used for a small startup investor ?
    It would be great if it could both or alternatively is there a good system for each
    Looking to use smart and mobile technology

    Depends how far you want to go and what you want to spend. Plenty of systems out there, bit I don't know a lot that are geared towards property investors to manage privately - so the costs could add up.

    I think I remember seeing something like what you're looking for run by Cubbi which might be worth a look
