The same people reopened, same owner as the LJ offices:

Husband took on all the charges, wife reopens under new company name.

Lol ozcapital. That's about the only English words in the whole advetisment. Disgusting if you ask me. We are in Australia, advertise in English. I understand they are targeting the Asian market looks like Vietnamese , but come on. This is why so many immigrants never even learn English as they are not forced to. They can live within their community and never have to learn the language. We sure didn't have that luxury and I am glad, made us learn the language and culture of the country we now call home!

    That's a bit harsh.
Sure if they don't get exposed to English they won't learn as quick. But advertising to them on such a big matter is hardly a bad thing

I tend to disagree. What if their listings for example for exclusive to them and only advertised in their language. That's one less listing that English speaking Australians do not even have an opportunity to purchase. I have experienced it before, where one small estate I went to was all advertised in Chinese, brochures everything, no agent on site just a small office with his business card that I couldn't read. Wouldn't even know how much the blocks cost if I was interested. Found out later from an article online. ($2 million blocks 20km Brisbane! Pricey)

As a native English speaker, when I lived overseas in an Asian country, I was very grateful to be able to communicate in English about some of the most important life decisions like medical and financial issues.

    It didn't mean I wasn't learning the language - I was.

My concern about the advertising is that they are targeting vulnerable people who may trust them more because of the shared language and may be ripped off.
