I got one to and immediately ignored it.

Clive's TV ad's are so funny - I can't remember seeing, within Australia, so many lies spouted in such a short period of time with such self-belief. He's also using the "fake news" tag and must think Australian's are an uninformed kind of stupid

Got a text re: the 1hr fast train into Sydney. Needless to stay those sorts of transport advancements won't bode well for my Sydney IPs...so I won't be voting for him ;)

I live in Canberra. One message was about north Queensland, one about Melbourne.

Clive is a clown. He now looks to be inspired by (and shamelessly copying aspects of) Trump 2016. Interesting strategy, while it will probably strongly turn off 80% of voters, I think there's maybe 20% of the electorate that want to believe his lies and can warm to a Trump-style malingering populism.
He might want to mix in some subtle racism and other non-PC content into his campaigning, so that the media gives him hundreds of hours of outrage-induced free coverage. Then he might pick up up a senate seat or two from One Nation.

These messages have worked, and worked well.

It doesn't matter what they say.

We're all talking about it, it made the news and everyone in the country now knows Clive has put his hand up.

From a marketing point of view, job done.

Just saw Clive on the TV. Reminded me of Big Kev selling cleaning products. Just needs to add "I'm excited"

I wonder who's funding his campaign - TV ads every 15 minutes during peak time. Must be costing a fortune

It seems that Queensland Nickel has come good again, and has a very valuable cache of cobalt. (Cobalt has had a roller coaster ride). Palmer, as owner of the resurrected Queensland Nickel, has a lot of money to put into his own campaign.

I scoffed when he opened one of his ads with “lower property prices”. Not the right words to entice a vote Clivey bro

I have talked too this gentleman when I signed up a few years back when he started ..Very straight forward person who understands the legal system and the power of money ,and his argument was as it still is if you want to control the price of something just make it more available..Just a pity everyone he has different music tastes in free economies ..
