    Hi All,

From your experience, what height is (best for) "high clearance" and for roller door access in a small warehouse? i.e. for forklifts to work, trucks to reverse in, for container access etc to keep the warehouse as flexible as possible for potential tenants.

    Thanks

For container access you'd want to find out the of a container on a truck.
What's the internal height? Might need to weigh up the cost and maintenance of the roller door to go as big as possible

Whatever the highest or widest item is you will need to get through the doors would determine the dimensions. Thats the way I would look at it.
