    120k is allot of money for a car as old as me... thats if u dont have to rebuilt the damn thing.
    well if u driven one and know how special it is, its worth it,

    for there rest of us who never sat in one its hard to justify.

    having said that, why has lotus prices not moved like the property market recently.

    There are a lot older cars that are selling for a lot more than $120K - each to their own, if you've got the cash and have always wanted one then why not I say.
    Which Lotus model are you referring too?
    Some of the older lotus models have increased considerably over the last 5 + years.

    ya but the m3 is not a 993 turbo isit ? is what i mean.

    didnt they make like 20k of them.. its a 4 pot too!!

    I suspect a lot less than 20K left on the road, crashed, raced, thrashed etc
    $120K would only get you a non turbo 993 - the turbo models are up around $300K++ if you can find a good one
