    HI mate,

We did it last week, some small things to rectify but not too bad.

    oh lol!

I'm more than happy to take you through if you like mate, I don't think its going to be a good idea to get every Tom, Dick and Harry though.

Some staged photos. Been such a busy beginning to 2017 I don't know whether I'm coming or going really. We're only going to use some of them in the marketing campaign.

Those palm trees looked photo shopped in... are they?
Anyway, I got high-ish palm trees... if you want you can have them, you just got to remove them yourself and clean up :)

Are these for selling or investment?
How come you went with 20mm instead of 40mm benchtop?

How much those palm trees cost you?
I have ones that are slightly shorter.

Thanks @MTR, in the end it was worth the effort with the easements etc. And you said it right, "work"! Boy this stuff is work but worth it in the end. :)

Thanks @neK. Selling one and maybe both or keeping second, still not 100% certain.

Yes the timing will definitely boost the returns (fingers crossed same thing happens with our Brissy devs), otherwise would be looking at the standard 20-25% returns approx., and would have gone with lower specs too.
