WA City of Joondalup re zoning UPDATE

@moridog has the agent at least listed it as a rezoning block?
The agents in my area have been pushing the rezoning aspect. Even to the point they have been advertising the houses as a tender pricing and only an overhead pic of the block.

 

I have no idea. I dropped off the R Codes info from the website and the thing I posted here into the letterbox so at least she can show the prospectives, gawd.

 

Hi @moridog, was there much interest in your neighbours place?
Curious if buyers are looking for the rezoning properties.

 

I am curious to to see what conditions will the council set in order to access the higher zoning. Hopefully its not as horrible as the ones for Willagee

 

Not sure Aconis, only one open so far, few blokes in late model cars looking as flash as a rat with a gold tooth

 

As in Craigie for the high school estate/development

I know someone who bought one of the 300sqm blocks, and paid close to 300k for it. Will be building 3x2 for roughly 170-180k if they can do it for that. Not sure if turn key. So youd want these places to be going for 470-480k + after build

Be interesting to see if they can proper turn key for 470-480 doubt it

Im also not sure its the same estate although wouldn't vary price much

Edit: gee wish i looked at the interior photos before the insides look awesome open brick inside, large floor tiles i love open kitchen ect

So there was a provision in scheme amendment 73 that restricted multis to lots greater than 2000m2. Looks like it's been changed though.

Just got an email of our local wanneroo agent about a free event "how do i subdivide" this was the subject :

RE_ZONING ITS ARRIVED !!

Anybody else heard anything ?

 

i got a flyer in the letterbox saying the same thing.
