Citibank 3.63% Investment

    Seriously considering this offer

    I currently have $2.6m lending, not cross collateralised but all with the same lender
    $1.3m @ 3.65% PI OO rate
    $840k @ 4.23% PI INV rate
    $470k @ 4.43% PI INV rate

    By transferring my investment loans to Citibank @ 3.63%, I reduce risk from having a single lender and save $9K interest p.a.

    Current asset split is 68% property, 26% shares (inc super), 6% cash and was planning to balance out by adding shares over time and don't plan to add any more property, so the $250,000 investment requirement doesn't phase me.

    Worth exploring, or should I be looking elsewhere for lower investment rates?

    It is becoming an incredibly competitive banking market out there now, I expect we will be seeing more special offers like this coming out in the near future. Just be sure what all the conditions are, and use an experienced investment mortgage broker to confirm you have the most suitable loan structure for your situation, and setup for any future plans.
