CITI consumer acquired by NAB

    Just wondering what do you do when acquisitions like this happen? I have never been a fan of NAB so not sure if I should stay with them or move on?

    Never had trouble with our mortgage at CITI and my communication with them was easy even when requesting lower interest rates. I'm not sure if that is going to be the case with NAB

    NAB have made a few acquisitions - 86400 was the other one most recently and with that they've essentially integrated this as part of their operation with Ubank which from a front end/customer perspective is run separately to NAB.
